Our Membership Program

If you are a part of our “Preferred Service Program”, you go to the front of the line and to the top of our appointment book when you are in need of any plumbing service. You will also get 15% off on repairs and 10% off on new fixtures and equipment.

Membership is only $9.95 per month

Listed below are the benefits included in this membership plan:

Plumbing and heating inspection will be done once in a year. A certified service technician will conduct a detailed inspection at your home and free adjustment to your plumbing system including all connected equipment. Please note that it is the client's responsibility to call to book in the inspection and to make sure that their billing information is kept up to date.

The complete list includes up to 100 different items, which is $264 value alone! For example:

All your toilets will be checked and tested for leaks and smooth operation, and any needed adjustments are done for free (parts are priced separately).

All faucets are tested and it is necessary to pass a rigid “Performance Test”. If they don’t, they will be adjusted free of charge.

All exposed water lines are thoroughly checked for any corrosion or damages.

All piping under your bathroom and kitchen sinks are checked to determine the signs of any potential water damage.

All drains are checked above and below sinks to look for leaks and clogs.

Washing machine hoses and valves are thoroughly checked and tested.

Water heater is checked for safety, signs of corrosion, and leaks. Water heaters are usually a major cause of water damage. Keeping this equipment in optimum condition helps you have peace of mind.
